I have received the following notification from Dr.A.V.Nagasampige, Director, PPSM, Bangalore, for intimation of the workshop.

Those interested could plan to attend the workshop.  The medium of instruction is Sanskrit.


Workshop at Poornaprajna Samshodhana Mandiram, Bangalore

With the financial assistance of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan, the Poornaprajna Samshodhana Mandiram is organising workshop on Advaita Vedanta Paribhasha of Dharmaraja Adhvarindra, Nyayasara of Bha Sarvajna and Pramanapaddhati of Jayatirtha from 23-2-2013 to 10-3-2013.

We have invited following scholars to teach above texts to the participants. Students of P.G. course of any university / Sanskrit Maha Pathashala, Vidyavaridhi / Ph.D. and Asst. Professors / Associate Professors / scholars of Research profession may be parcitipate in this workshop. Maximum 50 (Fifty) students can participate in this workshop from all over the country. II Sleeper class Railway fare will given to P.G. (Acharya) students and also Vidyavaridhi (Ph.D.) students (who will come from outside Bangalore). Common hostel facility will be given to participants in Ashram Parisar. Separate rooms will be provided for women.

Details of the programme

Prof. Subbarayudu, Registrar, RSks, New Delhi will inaugurate the workshop on 23rd Feb. 2013, at 10-00 am.

Prof. Radha Vallabh Tripathi, V.C. of RSkS. and H.H. Sri Vishveshatirtha Swamiji will bless the occasion of Veledictory Function on 10th Marcfh 2013.

Last date of receiving the applications is 31st January 2013.

Tiffin    8-00 to 8-30 AM

Everyday morning classes 9-00 to 10-30 AM & 10-45 AM to 12-15 PM
(10-30 to 10-45 Tea break)

Lunch Break    12-30 to 1-30 PM

Afternoon classes    2-30 to 3-30 PM (3-30 to 3-45 Tea break)

Special Lecutres by eminent scholars    3-45 to 5-00
